These terms cover the concept website previews PitchSite generates and shares.
Unofficial concept
A preview is an unofficial concept created by PitchSite to demonstrate what a site could look like. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the business shown, and it is not a live or official website. Content may be placeholder and is not guaranteed to be accurate.
No license or ownership transfer
Sharing a preview grants no license to any third-party trademark, brand, or content. Business names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Private, link-shared previews
Previews are not published or indexed. They are reachable only through a signed, expiring link and should not be treated as public.
Claiming a site
Submitting a claim requests that we verify ownership and prepare the site for launch. It does not create a contract or a charge; any paid plan is agreed separately in writing.
Takedown
If you own a business shown in a preview and want it removed, contact us and we will take the preview down promptly.
